This tutorial covers the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just just before Thotar offers you a taming Rod for a Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar gives you a series of 3 taming rods, every one is different and will allow you tame beasts in the next order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and eventually an Armored check that Scorpid.

When you have done the taming Portion of The hunt chain, you will need this to head to Orgrimmar and speak to Ormak useful reference Grimshot from the Valley of Honor to be able to unlock your pet managing capabilities: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.

Lastly, do not forget to go to the Pet Trainer and get the Pet abilities that you will have to give to your companion pet.
